How to play Minesweeper
The grid hides a number of mines. Reveal a square and it shows how many mines touch it, including diagonally. Use those numbers to work out which squares are safe and flag the ones that must be mines. Reveal every safe square to win.
Controls
- ☁Mouse or touch: click or tap to reveal
- ☁Toggle flag mode to mark suspected mines
Tips
- ✦A "1" touching only one hidden square means that square is a mine.
- ✦Once all mines around a number are flagged, the remaining neighbours are safe.
- ✦Start in the corners and edges of open areas, where patterns are easiest to read.
